CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order is placed, we do not allow cancellations. All orders are considered final and cannot be modified after submission. We strive to dispatch all products within 30 days. In case your item has not been sent within this timeframe, you can contact support to request a cancellation.
RETURN POLICY
We are happy to process a return, but only in the form of online shop credit. You can start your return at Playboy Returns. The item being exchanged must be in pristine condition with all original tags still attached. You must return the item to Playboy within 7 days of receiving the package.
For returned items, the original cost of shipping will not be reimbursed, and you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. In case a return package is lost in transit without proof of delivery to Playboy, we cannot accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation.
Please Note the following products cannot be returned:
- Sexual Wellness Products - condoms, vibrators, lubes, lotions, candles, oils, or similar products in this category.
- Artwork is not eligible for return.
- Men's & Women's underwear
- Masks
- Hosiery
- Bodystockings
- Sex Gifts, games, candy, tape, or bondage kits
- Wigs
- The Complete Centerfolds book, including Collector's Edition volumes.
- The Rabbit Head Chain by Dalmat
Playboy does not accept returns of items worn or subjected to destructive conditions.
- Items not returned in original condition are not eligible for a refund.
- Items that have been laundered.
- Items with tags removed.
- Items not returned in original packaging.
- Things that smell of cigarette smoke, body odor, or perfume.
- Items that have lotion or body glitter on them.
- Items that have human & animal/pet hair on them.
- Items that are soiled or stained.
