Playboy's delivery times comprise processing, fulfillment, and shipping time. However, regardless of the number of shipments, a single order incurs only one shipping fee. The actual shipping time depends on the fulfillment center, delivery destination, and chosen shipping method. Once your order or any part of it is fulfilled and handed over to the shipping carrier, Playboy will send you an email containing tracking information.

Please allow 3-4 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 10-30 days for delivery.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order is placed, we do not allow cancellations. All orders are considered final and cannot be modified after submission. We strive to dispatch all products within 30 days. In case your item has not been sent within this timeframe, you can contact support to request a cancellation.

RETURN POLICY

We are happy to process a return, but only in the form of online shop credit. You can start your return at Playboy Returns. The item being exchanged must be in pristine condition with all original tags still attached. You must return the item to Playboy within 7 days of receiving the package.

For returned items, the original cost of shipping will not be reimbursed, and you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. In case a return package is lost in transit without proof of delivery to Playboy, we cannot accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation.

Regular priced items purchased with a discount codes exceeding 30% are considered final sale.

Please note the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

Playboy does not accept returns of items worn or subjected to destructive conditions.
