CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order is placed, we do not allow cancellations. All orders are considered final and cannot be modified after submission. We strive to dispatch all products within 30 days. In case your item has not been sent within this timeframe, you can contact support to request a cancellation.
RETURN POLICY
We are happy to process a return, but only in the form of online shop credit. You can start your return at Playboy Returns. The item being exchanged must be in pristine condition with all original tags still attached. You must return the item to Playboy within 7 days of receiving the package.
For returned items, the original cost of shipping will not be reimbursed, and you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. In case a return package is lost in transit without proof of delivery to Playboy, we cannot accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation.
Regular priced items purchased with a discount codes exceeding 30% are considered final sale.
Please note the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

I was on the fence about this because of all the crap reviews on all sites, however I am 5’5 and 125 lbs. I went with a medium cus everyone said it ran tight, it is slightly baggy in the crotch but not bad enough to need anything more than a safety pin inside if you wanted to. It’s great quality and I am happy.
The pink lace up corset was a gift set. I read all the measurements before hand, measured my body exactly as size chart. I ordered the XL even though I’m, according to their chart, between a L and XL. The rise from crotch to underbust is ridiculously tight that I was worried I was stuck getting in and out, and then the cups are too wide set and gaping with no lift. My measurements were exactly that of the size chart! I am disappointed as this was a dream girl costume that makes me feel bad about myself and an expensive $200 FINAL SALE mistake.
The accessories and material are quality.
Didnt fit true to form and seemed not like the right fabric exactly.
The original ine is great. The one with the zipper is really hard to get the size right. I would make sure to avoid the zipper one. Sizing os way off. The corset version is great
I went off my measurements and bought the size i should fit in. But its still wayy too small
It was everything I thought is was going to be and how it looked, my wife tried it on with all the assessories and she looked amazing in it! No complaints and 5 stars!

5’4 and 126 lbs, ordered a size M and it fit too loose in the chest area even though mediums usually fit perfect in the chest. Was also too long in the crotch area. I should’ve sized down. But costume is beautiful and good quality

Runs very small
I usually don’t write reviews, but this outfit was quite possibly the WORST I have ever ordered. I’m 5’4” and 114lbs. Usually a small would be perfect for me. This small was an absolutely ridiculously “small.” Worst part about it was the price and their 7 day return window. I missed that so I’m stuck w a red bodysuit that would hardly fit a teenager much less a grown woman. 🙄
Did not fit accurately
Took forever to come, did not come by Halloween. The sizing is completely off, I ordered a size medium and it fits extremely small. The quality is bad and zero chest support at all. So disappointing because I was so exciting to wear this!
I had to get this tailored to fit. I’m 5’3, 115 pounds. 34C on bras and usually a 0 or 00 in bottoms. So naturally a small or extra small. It was long and baggy in the bikini area. There’s no clasp to keep it from unzipping. No chest support at all!!
Loved all the add on pieces but I ended up having to order a different suit. Should have ordered a bigger size. Way too tight in the back to zip all the way up.
