Playboy's delivery times comprise processing, fulfillment, and shipping time. Typically, processing and fulfillment take a few business days, although processing duration may vary based on the item(s) and fulfillment location(s). It's important to note that different items in an order may come from multiple fulfillment locations and thus may be shipped separately at different times. However, regardless of the number of shipments, a single order incurs only one shipping fee. The actual shipping time depends on the fulfillment center, delivery destination, and chosen shipping method. Once your order or any part of it is fulfilled and handed over to the shipping carrier, Playboy will send you an email containing tracking information.
Please allow 3-4 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 10-30 days for delivery.
It is essential to understand that Playboy is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. However, all shipments are insured, and the buyer assumes all responsibilities regarding claims made with the shipping carrier.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order is placed, we do not allow cancellations. All orders are considered final and cannot be modified after submission. We strive to dispatch all products within 30 days. In case your item has not been sent within this timeframe, you can contact support to request a cancellation.
RETURN POLICY
We are happy to process a return, but only in the form of online shop credit. You can start your return at Playboy Returns. The item being exchanged must be in pristine condition with all original tags still attached. You must return the item to Playboy within 7 days of receiving the package.
For returned items, the original cost of shipping will not be reimbursed, and you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. In case a return package is lost in transit without proof of delivery to Playboy, we cannot accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation.
Regular priced items purchased with a discount codes exceeding 30% are considered final sale.
Please note the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

Playboy does not accept returns of items worn or subjected to destructive conditions.
- Items not returned in original condition are not eligible for a refund.
- Items that have been laundered.
- Items with tags removed.
- Items not returned in original packaging.
- Things that smell of cigarette smoke, body odor, or perfume.
- Items that have lotion or body glitter on them.
- Items that have human & animal/pet hair on them.
- Items that are soiled or stained.
